Beach tennis is a fast growing sport practiced in over 50 countries and it is regulated by the International Tennis Federation. The rules are similar to traditional tennis and it is played entirely with volleys using depressurized tennis balls. This sport offers an excellent cardio workout with low impact to the knees and joints.

This program runs Sundays from 1:30-2:30pm for 4-weeks.
Members - $120 +hst and Non-Members $150 +hst.
An introduction to tactics, with games and drills highlighting realistic situations. The OTLBC beach tennis clinic will focus on developing the 3 playing situations (serve, rally and finish) with an emphasis on learning in a social, positive and engaging environment!
